It is a new time, a new era, a new economy. For this reason and many more, we have decided to make some major changes.
So many of our clients are now using our electronic options for their bookkeeping and tax needs. With the use of scanning, email, and electronic drop boxes, it is so easy for everyone to give and receive information on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. And now, we do not see our clients very often. Although we miss you, this is very convenient for all of us. Now add the fact that all data is now kept in electronic format, we do not need all the space and filing cabinets we have had in the past. These are all great changes, with even more to come. We have our website almost up and working, we have an app in process, and will begin to use social networking to connect with our clients as well as notify of important dates and deadlines.
The biggest change of all will be in location. We are in process of moving our office. We are looking for the right place for us, so in the interim, we will be working from a home office. While we are in transition, we will be more than happy to meet with you at your location, pick up paperwork, or just meet for a cup of coffee anytime, please just let us know. We have a PO Box now that can be used for any mail and this will remain our mailing address from now on, even after the new office is open. We also have a new phone number that you can contact us via phone, text, or social media. We will still have the
